当社は各種の合板機械を生産しています。お客様の製造する合板の品質アップ、歩留まりアップ、工場の自動化に寄与する機械を提供します。

お客様の工場内の状況に合わせた機械の設計、製作、据付及びアフターまでを一貫して行っています。

合板について

ABOUT PLYWOOD

木材を薄くむいた板、すなわち単板（たんぱん）を何枚も積み重ね接着剤ではり合わせて１枚の板にしたものをいうが、通常は各単板の繊維方向（木目の方向）を１枚毎に直交させた奇数枚合わせのものをいう。単板の厚さは0.5mmから6mm位までのものが普通である。大きさは91×182cm、122×244cmなどである。

合板を生産するため原木を供給する、原木を回転させてむく、切断する、乾燥する、接着剤を塗布する、合板の外形を切る等各種の機械を使用する。

About Plywood

It refers to thinly peeled wood boards, or veneers, stacked and glued together to form a single board, but it usually refers to an odd number of veneers, with the grain direction of each veneer perpendicular to each other. Veneer thicknesses are typically between 0.5mm and 6mm. Sizes include 91 x 182cm and 122 x 244cm.

To produce plywood, various machines are used to supply logs, rotate the logs to peel them, cut them, dry them, apply adhesive, and cut the plywood to its outline.
