個人情報の保護に関する基本方針

株式会社ウロコマシナリー（以下当社と言う）は、全ての個人情報の保護を実施する為の指針として、ここに「個人情報の保護に関する基本方針」を定めます。
経営層を含む全職員は、本趣旨を理解し、この方針を遵守いたします。

個人情報の取り扱いについて

  1. 個人情報とは 個人情報とは、氏名、住所、生年月日、電話番号、Eメールアドレス等の、特定のお客様個人を識別することができる情報をいいます。
  2. 個人情報の提供について 当社は、お客様から個人情報をご提供いただく際には、あらかじめその目的を明示させていただき、その目的の達成に必要な範囲内で個人情報をご提供いただきます。
  3. 個人情報の使用について お客様からご提供いただきました個人情報は、あらかじめお客様に明示した目的およびお客様との連絡手段以外には利用いたしません。
    お客様から個人情報をご提供いただく際に当社が明示した目的の範囲を越えてお客様の個人情報を利用する必要が生じた場合は、事前にお客様にその目的をご連絡いたします。
    新たな目的にご同意いただけない場合には、お客様ご自身の判断により、かかる目的への個人情報の利用を拒否されることができます。
  4. 個人情報の第三者への提供について

    当社は、お客様からご提供いただきました個人情報を、次のいずれかの場合を除いては、第三者に対して開示いたしません。

    1. お客様の同意がある場合。
    2. お客様に明示した利用目的を実現するために、事前に秘密保持契約を締結した当社の関連会社や業務委託先等に必要な範囲で開示する場合。
    3. お客様個人を特定できない状態に加工した統計的なデータとして利用する場合。
    4. 法令等により開示を求められた場合。
    5. 人の生命、身体または財産等の重大な利益を保護するために緊急に必要がある場合。
  5. 個人情報の管理について 当社は、お客様からご提供いただきました個人情報は適切かつ慎重に管理し、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏えい等を防止するために必要かつ適切な対策を実施いたします。
  6. 個人情報の確認、訂正、削除について お客様からご提供いただきました個人情報について、お客様ご自身が確認、訂正または削除等を希望される場合には、当社までご連絡ください。
    第三者による個人情報の改ざんを防止する為、ご連絡いただいた方がお客様ご自身であることを当社にて確認できた場合に限り、合理的な範囲で対応させていただきます。
  7. 利用後の個人情報の取り扱いについて お客様からご提供いただきました個人情報について、利用目的による利用を完了した後、適切かつ合理的な方法で削除し、利用を停止いたします。

    If it becomes necessary to use your personal information beyond the scope of the purposes clearly stated when you provided it to us, we will notify you of that purpose in advance.
    If you do not agree to the new purpose, you can refuse the use of your personal information for that purpose at your own discretion.

    1. When we have your consent.
    2. When disclosing to the extent necessary to our affiliated companies or business partners with whom we have ENtered into a confidentiality agreement in advance in order to achieve the purposes of use that have been clearly stated to the customer.
    3. When used as statistical data that has been processed so that individual customers cannot be identified.
    4. When disclosure is required by law, etc.
    5. When there is an urgent need to protect important interests such as a person's life, body or property.
  5. Management of personal information We will manage personal information provided by customers appropriately and carefully, and will implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.
  6. Regarding confirmation, correction, and deletion of personal information If you wish to confirm, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided to us, please contact us.
    In order to prevent personal information from being tampered with by a third party, we will respond to your request within a reasonable scope only if we can confirm that you are the person making the contact.
  7. Handling of personal information after use After completing the use of personal information provided by customers for the purpose of use, we will delete the information in an appropriate and reasonable manner and cease using it.
